
Kid's Yoga class with nasama
Children’s yoga is designed to support toddlers in their motor, emotional, and social development. This playful and nurturing activity is adapted for children from the moment they start walking up to around 4 years old.
What to expect?
Each children’s yoga session is designed to be a moment of joy and discovery:

A mix of dynamic and relaxing postures.

Simple breathing exercises tailored to young children.

Stories and songs to capture their attention.

A calming and soothing ending to each session.
No prior yoga experience is required to participate in a children’s yoga class.

Movement
Through playful poses and games, children develop their motor skills, balance, and coordination, all while having fun!

Respiration
Learning to breathe like a lion helps children become aware of their breath and better manage their emotions.

Imaginaire
Sessions are guided by stories where each pose transforms into an animal or a natural element, sparking creativity!

Détente
Every session ends with a moment of calm and relaxation, helping children release tension and enjoy a peaceful break.
Kid's Yoga classes: our options
Single sessions
Classes for children from 18 months to 4 years old (children must be able to walk and stand comfortably). For babies 0 to 8 months, check out our Baby Yoga sessions.
Limited spots – maximum of 8 children per session.
Come, with your yoga mat, in comfortable clothing with your child.
Sensory and motor development

Motor skills
Yoga helps children develop body awareness, improve motor skills, and express emotions freely.
