Baby Yoga class with nasama

Baby yoga is, above all, a moment of connection with your baby.

The gentle postures support your baby’s motor, emotional, and sensory development.

They also help integrate primitive reflexes, fostering future learning.

What to expect?

Baby yoga sessions are designed for babies from birth to around 12 months, before they start walking.

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour and is both playful and relaxing.

We teach you the postures using a doll, and only you will practice them with your baby. The session also includes a sensory awakening moment and ends with a relaxation time.

No prior yoga experience is needed to join a baby yoga workshop.

What is baby yoga?

Baby yoga supports your child’s development through movement. It’s not about doing things for them but showing them how and observing their natural abilities.

Baby yoga is a gentle practice that respects each stage of development before progressing to the next. It helps babies:

  • Learn to move, find balance, and roll over.

  • Understand their body and spatial awareness.

  • Coordinate movements and integrate primitive reflexes into voluntary actions.

No yoga experience is required.

Together, we explore more than 50 postures and their variations, adapted to your baby’s age and motor skills.

Parents also take part in baby yoga, with moments of relaxation and other surprises throughout the sessions. Baby yoga is open from birth to 12 months.

Benefits of baby toga
